Steven Rogers, of Ecostat, Inc., is the copyright owner of these digital images. Model releases have been obtained if persons appear in the images. Original copyright remains with the photographer. A discrete acknowledgement of ©2010 Steven Rogers Photography is appreciated when publishing photos in digital, print or other media.
This is a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual global license to use these images for the following permitted uses:
- Global advertisement and marketing designs for any online or print media, including newspapers, magazines, and other materials.
- No restriction on number of impressions.
- Digital or print promotional (not for sale) works, such as packaging, catalogs, brochures, holiday or seasonal post cards and posters.
- Multimedia, interactive and video presentations.
- In-house templates, such as business cards, letterheads and stationery.
- Images may be used for books, CDs, DVDs, film and video.
- Resale products such as prints, posters, calendars and T-shirts.
Restricted uses:
- Photos may not be used in fraudulent, obscene, immoral, infringing, illegal, blasphemous or defamatory material.
- Images may not be resold, sub-licensed or rights granted to third-parties for redistribution.
- Images may not be used in design templates intended for resale, such as website templates, stationery and brochures.
Steven Rogers is not liable for print quality, cropping or coloring of any photos not printed directly through my professional lab. Photo quality is only guaranteed through photos purchased directly through me and my lab.
